What must I do to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?

Please call Customer Service at +9053 13 400 693 to request an RMA number. The instruments must be inspected before credit can be issued. Expect 2 to 3 weeks to process credits.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Skkyline accepts the following forms of payment:

  • business check,
  • International bank wire,
  • Credit cards: MastercardVisa,
  •  American Express.

For online orders, a valid credit card is required to complete any transaction.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Yes, as soon as your order is submitted. If there is any difficulty in filling your order immediately, we will contact you regarding your order.
